Dress it up, keep it simple, make it your own. However you choose to use it, The Marble Room is designed to create an experience your guests will remember.

A table contrasting studio hire costs and investment returns; studio hire costs are $150 per day for bachelor, $200 for creative, $250 for commercial, and $300 for fashion; investment returns are 5%, 8%, 12%, and 30% respectively.

Event Support Available

Need a little extra help bringing your event together?

The team at Elm Marketing can provide event management support, including planning assistance, supplier coordination, event promotion and on-the-day event management. Additional fees apply and can be tailored to suit your event requirements.

For larger evening functions or events requiring additional cleaning and venue reset, a $50 cleaning fee will be added to your booking.

Good to Know

  • The Marble Room is located upstairs at 169 Dee Street, Invercargill.

  • At the moment, The Marble Room is only accessible by stairs. We are working on getting the lift up and running, but for now, please keep stair access in mind when planning your booking, especially if you have guests, clients, equipment or props to bring upstairs.

  • The Marble Room is managed by the team at Elm Marketing, located downstairs at 169 Dee Street.

  • Key collection is available from Elm Marketing during business hours. We’ll confirm the details with you before your booking.

  • If your booking finishes after business hours, you can return the key using our secure drop box. We’ll provide the return details before your booking.

  • The maximum venue capacity is 25 people.

  • Yes, self-catering is welcome. You’re welcome to bring your own food and refreshments, we just ask that the space is left clean and tidy when you leave.
